Briquetting, Pelletizing and Granulation

Trendy Trading has the facilities, equipment, the knowledge and expertise available to briquette, pelletize or granulate various kinds of fine and course chemicals, minerals and metal products. We have successfully briquetted, pelletized and granulated products for customers that reduced wastage by allowing maximum usage depending on the requirements, whether it be to improve its flow characteristic, particle size, reduction or elimination of dust or to create a product that is easily able to crumble or alternatively able to adhere with super strength, or even if increase bulk density is required. The process of briquetting and pelletizing a product combines mixing the raw material with a suitable binder or other material to form the pellet.

Additional materials as per the customer’s requirements can also be added to the product create the final pellets. This is done by placing the mixture in the pelletizer, which can hold different types of materials and additives, and mixing to adjust the product’s composition and the chemical or metallurgic properties of the pellets.
